By accessing the 999pk website, mobile application, or any associated service — whether via desktop browser, smartphone, or any other device — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games, promotions, or features published on the 999pk platform from time to time.

These terms apply to all users of the 999pk platform, including registered account holders , guests browsing the site, and any person accessing 999pk services from within Pakistan or from any other jurisdiction. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing 999pk on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that person or entity agrees to be responsible for your compliance herewith.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 999pk, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

999pk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Verification is conducted via CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) for Pakistani residents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 999pk at any given time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances contained therein.

When registering your 999pk account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functioning email address.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify 999pk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, a compromised password, or any suspicious activity linked to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any of the details provided at registration change, including your mobile number, email address, or payment method details.

999pk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 999pk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

999pk employs 256-bit SSL encryption, optional SMS-based two-factor authentication via Pakistani mobile numbers, and automatic session expiry to protect your account. However, you are solely responsible for the security of your own login credentials and the device from which you access the platform.

999pk operates an exclusively PKR-denominated cashier. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process, and no foreign exchange fees are charged to players.

• Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are targeted at same-day processing for requests submitted during standard business hours. Processing times may extend during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of high transaction volume.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the 999pk system. Players are solely responsible for reviewing the accuracy of their bet selections, stake amounts, and market choices before confirmation. Errors made by the player cannot be reversed after a bet is confirmed.
• 999pk reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed malfunction, pricing error, or any other anomaly that resulted in the bet being offered or accepted at terms that would not have otherwise applied.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20Is, Test matches, and bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body. • Crash games on 999pk operate on a provably fair algorithm. The cryptographic hash of each round's outcome is published before the round begins, allowing independent verification by any player. Attempts to predict or manipulate crash game outcomes using external software, bots, or any other automated means are prohibited.
• 999pk reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or apply account-level restrictions on any player account at its sole discretion, including where a player's betting patterns are identified as being inconsistent with recreational gaming.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999pk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity to access the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 999pk.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way that circumvents normal human gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering activity designed to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 999pk platform or any of the games hosted thereon.
• Using the 999pk platform or PKR payment infrastructure for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Engaging in any form of verbal or written abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at 999pk staff, support agents, or other users.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is prohibited, or using a VPN, proxy, or other means to obscure your true geographic location.

999pk is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to Pakistani players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered 999pk account holder at no cost and without restriction:

• Use the 999pk brand, logo, or name in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 999pk intellectual property may result in civil or criminal action and will trigger immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all balances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999pk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 999pk platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, whether in sports betting, casino games, crash games, or slots.
• Loss or corruption of account data, bet history, or transaction records due to technical failures.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, server outages, network failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or regulatory holds.
• Actions taken by 999pk in good faith to enforce these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension, restriction, or closure.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 999pk's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999pk collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this platform at /privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 999pk collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 999pk's international gaming licence is issued.

In the event of any dispute between a player and 999pk, the following resolution procedure applies:

No class action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding may be brought against 999pk by any player in respect of any matter arising under these Terms & Conditions. Each dispute shall be resolved solely on an individual basis.
